How it works
Four steps, then it mostly runs itself
Setup takes an evening. After that the week has a shape: chores get done, you approve, payday pays out, and the household budget picks it up as one line.
Set up the household
Add each kid, pick their floors, and hand them the family code. They join on their own device with the family code and a PIN, or you sign a shared device in with your own password and they tap their name.

Every chore gets an icon and an amount. When it's done, you approve it or send it back with a note, or let it pay itself.
- Dishwasher$1.50
- Water the plants$1.00
- Tidy the toys$0.50
Payday splits it three ways
Approved chores and the allowance land on payday. The floors you set go into Save and Give first, and what's left is the kid's to place.

Your budget picks it up
Pocket money is one category in the household budget, beside rent and groceries. Nothing to reconcile by hand, and the rest of the month can come in from your bank's statement file.

Who sees what
The two sides share a household and almost nothing else. This is a wall, not a setting you have to remember to switch on.
A kid sees
- Their three jars and what's in them
- Their own chores and goals
- Their asks, and the answer
- What they earned, and when payday is
- Household accounts, income or debts
- What a brother or sister earns
- Any price, or anything to buy
A grown-up sees
- Every kid's jars, chores and history
- Payday settings and floors
- The whole household budget and net worth
Both grown-ups, the same view
There's no owner account and no second-class parent. Either of you can approve a chore, settle a jar or change the budget, and both see it happen.
Every kid has their own username and PIN from day one (on a shared tablet they just tap their name), and the jar history stays with the kid, not the device.

One chore and one jar is enough to see whether it sticks.
